Style 1:  Casa Grande

Our Casa Grande style features: Living room 2 Bedrooms Kitchen Bathroom Total square footage:  484 ft2 (45 m2) This house layout provides separate sleeping space for parents and children to preserve privacy, and also features a separate living room.  A kitchen and bath are also provided.  If running water and sewer are not available at the time of construction, the house can be retrofitted later as these utilities become available.

House Kit Contents.  Each House Kit contains the following components:

• Pre-cut & marked panels

• Pre-installed windows with frame

• 1 pre-installed door with frame

• Rebar

• Assembly instructions

• Tools

  • Connecting Tools

  • Measuring bucket

  • Sand screen

  • Trowel

Local Supplies.  In addition to what is included in the House Kit, there are some supplies you may want to purchase locally.  These supplies are not included in the Kits because they are commodity items typically available at a lower price locally, or because they are optional.  If you are interested in purchasing large numbers of House Kits and would like plumbing fixtures and wiring included, we can quote this on a custom basis. 

• Concrete – If you are making the structure permanent, the concrete is used for covering the panels. This can generally be purchased locally for far less than it would cost BuildFast to provide it. 

• Concrete blocks - For laying a foundation, if you are making the structure permanent.  These can also be purchased locally at low cost. 

• Optional enhancements - These are not provided in the standard House Kits because in many locales, they cannot be used, and would add significantly to the expense of the Kits.

  • Bathroom fixtures -  toilet, sink, shower

  • Interior doors

  • Electrical wiring & outlets

  • Interior plumbing pipes
