BuildFast is a
cost effective, high durability, construction
technique that allows buildings to be put up quickly. The
basis of the technique is specialized wire mesh panels, surrounding
a core of industrial-grade expanded polystyrene. A series of panels is assembled together to create a structure, and then the panels are
sprayed with high-strength concrete to solidify the structure.
| Panel Composition:
BuildFast
panels are composed of 3 components:
- Fire resistant expanded polystyrene (EPS)
- Galvanized wire mesh
- High tensile strength wire truss structure
After erection, panels are coated with one
inch of concrete on each side. |

How it works:
The incredible strength of the BuildFast panel is
created by the truss and concrete working together. The
high tensile strength truss transfers load between the concrete
layers. This allows both the 'give' necessary to withstand
earthquakes and the strength to withstand typhoon winds.
The embedded EPS provides insulation to keep the house warm in
the winter and cool in the summer..

Panel Construction:
BuildFast typically uses mobile machinery for
panel construction. This strategy allows us to
assemble panels close to the construction site, which saves on
transportation costs and speeds up panel delivery. It also creates local
jobs with minimal capital investment and ramp-up time.
Local panel assembly availability is based on order size and local conditions.
